Do you deliver? Is delivery extra?

Yes, I do deliver to either home, work, whatever works best.  Delivery is included in the price of the entree.

What kind of containers are the food brought in?

Depending on the meal chosen, the food is brought either in disposable foil pans or plastic containers.

Where do you prepare the food?

I prepare all foods in my kitchen.  I am certified in sanitation and safety through ServSafe, presented by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.  Before food is prepared, I do a complete sanitization of my kitchen, containers, and utensils to prevent any type of contamination.  I do this prior to, and during, food preparations to also prevent any cross-contamination.

Do you recycle your containers?

I do.  I offer a discount off the next purchase per each container that is brought back.  Don’t worry about cleaning them as I sanitize each container for subsequent use.

How far in advance do I have to order?

As far in advance as you need, but I do require a minimum of 2 days to ensure that the ingredients used are at their best.

What if I’m not home for delivery?

That’s ok.  I am very flexible in where I will deliver and when.  Everyone has a unique situation and I will work with you to determine what will work best.

Do you customize foods?

I do.  I know that everyone has different likes and dislikes as well as allergy concerns.  I will work with you individually to accommodate any need you and your family have.

Do you take requests?

I love requests!  If you have a favorite family recipe I would love to make it for you.  You get the taste of your favorite dish without the hassle of cooking it or the time it may take to prepare it.
